"The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits pleasing aromas of herbs, spices, violets, and cassis. In the glass it opens to reveal a firm structure, ripe flavors, and moderate length. It is a good value meant for drinking over the next 6 years." (WA)

Winery Notes:
Cherry, plum, cranberry and spicy oak flavors embedded in a velvety, lush texture. Vibrant structure and ripe, integrated tannins. Hints of mint and licorice that linger through the long, fruit-filled finish. This ’09 will augment any dish or meat that calls for a concentrated, richly-textured red wine.
