Winery Notes:
Tasting notes
Dark ruby, medium + intensity, with purple hues. On the nose, wild blackberries, blackcurrent, cherries, fresh grapes with peppery notes. Rich feel impression of freshness brought by minty and licorice aromas. On the palate, the fruit concentration is both creamy and fresh thanks to a refreshing acidity. Silky tannins.
Match it with… Navarin of lamb with fresh spring vegetables, fresh cheese with herbs, Beef filet in shallot sauce.
