Winery Notes:
Estate:
Von Buhl estate started producing top class wines in 1849. It was a von Buhl wine that was served to toast the opening of the Suez Canal. Today, internationally recognized von Buhl estate is one of the leading estates of the Pfalz region.

Tasting Note:
A blend of 100% Riesling Grapes from the best vineyards in the Mittelhaardt area. This elegant Riesling is characterized by good structure, a racy acidity and fine fruit. The wine shows an intense minerality with a very long finish.

Food Affinity:
Can be served with many styles of hot and spicy dishes; a wonderful companion to Asian, Thai and Indian cuisine. It is also a perfect match with smoked salmon or a nice refreshing wine to just drink.
