WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The 2010 growing season was the coolest in over a decade along California’s Central Coast. There were heat spikes in late August and even some early rains in October. The resulting harvest gave us fruit of outstanding quality with slightly lower brix, good acidity and rich, concentrated flavors.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect for everyday drinking. Enjoy a glass with your favorite pasta dishes or a juicy burger. It also pairs well with brie or cheddar cheese, and with your favorite chocolate desserts.

WINE DESCRIPTION:
This wine has a ruby red color with aromas of black- berry, plum, vanilla, and dark chocolate. It has good acidity and ripe fruit flavors of blackberry, Bing cherry, and plum with a long, smooth finish.
