Winery Notes:
The 2010 growing season was the coolest in over 10 years along California’s Central Coast. There were heat spikes in late August and even some early rains in October. The harvest gave us fruit of outstanding quality with slightly lower brix, good acidity and rich, concentrated flavors.

Our winemaking team blends our Chardonnay with other white varietals for increased structure and complexity. This wine pairs beautifully with a variety of appetitizers, pork chops, seared sea scallops or swordfish. Or enjoy a delicious glass on it’s own.

WINE DESCRIPTION:
This wine has is bright gold with clean, vibrant aromas of fresh pear, crisp apple, apricot and French vanilla. Filled with flavors of fresh pear and tropical notes with bright acidity, a silky texture leading to a lingering finish.
