Sale of Alcoholic Beverages:
You must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol. The Los Angeles Wine Company makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold or delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site and placing an order you guarantee to us that you are 21 years of age. Proof
of age at time of delivery or pick-up may require positive ID.

The logos shown on this site are trademarks of the Los Angeles Wine Company, Inc. All rights reserved. The phrase "Every wine in our stock is expertly selected for best cost to quality ratio and always sale priced" and the contents of this web page are protected under federal copyright laws.
Pricing Errors:
The Los Angeles Wine Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In any case where an advertised price differs from the in-store price, the in-store price prevails. Inventory and prices may vary with location.
Placing an Order:
Orders that are placed for in-store pickup are fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed for shipping Thursday through Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. Shipping charges are based on delivery area and package size. All out of state shipments avoid California sales tax.
Shipping
Restrictions:
We require a 3 bottle minimum on all shipping
orders. As long as this requirement is met, there are no other
restrictions as to quantity. However, your best shipping value continues
to be on 12 bottle full case orders. All orders that include magnums (1.5
L) also require a minimum of three bottles. Shipping rates vary according
to zip code and are determined by package size not by weight.
Package sizes are as follows:
3 bottles = quarter case rate
4-6 bottles = half case rate
7-12 bottles = full case rate
3 magnums = half case rate
4-6 magnums = full case rate
Larger format bottles (3.0 L, 6.0 L, etc.) are not available for shipping on the
website. Please contact the store directly to speak with a salesperson
regarding these wines.
Some states do not allow the direct shipment of wine. Please consult
your local Alcohol Beverage Control board regarding your local and state laws.
The Los Angeles Wine Company makes no claims or representations concerning the laws in other states regarding shipping or importation of wines and all
buyers assume all risk with regards to this service. All wines are sold in California and title passes to you in California.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges on any returned merchandise.
Receiving Merchandise and Passage of Title:
The Los Angeles Wine Company makes no claims or representations concerning the laws in other states regarding shipping or importation of wines and all buyers assume all risk with regards to this service. All wines are sold in California and title passes to you in California.
Cancellation of Order:
Unless an order is canceled the same business day on which it is made, it is subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise Return:
We stand behind the quality of each and every product we sell. If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, simply return the bottle within
30 days of purchase with receipt and we will gladly replace, exchange or offer store-credit in return. It is unlawful for the Los Angeles Wine Company to return or exchange surplus alcoholic purchases.
The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges for returned items.
In-store Holds:
Due to our limited space, the Los Angeles Wine Company does not offer onsite storage. We request that all in-store purchases are picked-up within 30 days. After 30 days, any wines held may be subject to a holding fee. After 90 days, the Los Angeles Wine Company reserves the right to refund the sale less any bank or holding fees at the original purchase price of the product in question.
Extreme Weather:
The Los Angeles Wine Co. will not be held responsible for any damages to wines
incurred during extreme weather. Weather damage is not covered by insurance.
Shipping is at your own risk. Shipping Holds may be requested during these
periods of time. If you do not request a hold, your order will ship on the
next available ship date. Please check your local weather before placing
your order.

Shipping holds and special request needs will be gladly honored at No Charge. Please specify your needs and special requests in the instructions box at the time you place your order. |
