Winemaker Notes:
Since 1856 Henkell Trocken has been synonymous with German sparkling wines. Considered a sophisticated blend of regional varietals, Henkell Trocken uses carefully selected yeasts during a heavily monitored fermentation. This second fermentation lasts six weeks and the result is a sophisticated, yet fresh and lively sparkling wine.

Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif paired with appetizers or light fish dishes.
