|2007 WINE ENTHUSIAST TOP 100 BEST BUYS: #71
"An understated version, with a fine bead and bright, well-meshed acidity supporting subtle flavors of white raspberry, Meyer lemon zest, ground ginger and blanched almond. The mineral-tinged finish shows a hint of brine. Drink now through 2018. 30,000 cases imported. —A.N." (WS)
"Festive and less formal, this is a luminous sparkler with ripe melon, peach and toasted nutty notes that hits all the right marks. Nicely tart on the close with clean flavors and tight structure. The price tag is on target, too." (WE)
